Creature Painting.

Central Focus: In this lesson, students will learn about color theory while designing a furless animal with a mosaic style. They will have to use watercolor and use analogous colors to paint their furless animal. 

Objectives/Standards: 

  • HSI.1CR Develop a practice of engaging with sources for idea generation.

  • HSI.1PR Refine levels of artisanship while modeling persistence.

  • HSI.3RE Develop art criticism methods when responding to artworks.
